if you ever think…

  • I know I could impact more people in my niche or community if I could just get the word out.

  • I would really like to write a blog or start a podcast but I might run out of things to say.

  • Presentations excite me and scare me at the same time. I wonder how I could get in front of an audience much less get paid for it.

  • I know what I could be doing something more, I just don’t know how to get there and do it.

  • I wish the little a voice inside my head that holds me back would hush with all the '“what ifs”.

  • Is it worth getting out of my comfort zone of the therapy room and REALLY put myself out there?

  • I know my story and journey could help others but some of it is shameful. Do I really want other people to know that part of me?

  • If only I could get my message out, I could change some lives, and impact my community!

  • I feel excited and overwhelmed at the same time - constantly wondering “where do I start?” “what do I do?”

  • I’m tired of having ideas and not doing anything about them.

  • I’m scared to live bigger, but living small is no longer an option for me.

it’s time to work with me.

“I have known Cyndi for 4 years and have had many opportunities to work and collaborate with her on projects. Her insight, global perspective and get-it-done approach is energizing and motivating. She knows how to communicate in a way that is understandable, compassionate, and lights a fire under your butt to get you moving and achieving! Cyndi has a breadth of experience that translates into a wealth of knowledge about how to overcome your obstacles and turn the experience of overcoming into a marketing story that sells. Working with Cyndi is a spritz of "let's do this", a little bit of "this is going to be hard but good", and heaps of support and laughs.”

Been There. Done that.

I lived small for years.  I often thought of various blogs, podcasts, courses, or presentations that I could create to help people outside the therapy room. I would get excited about the possibilities. Sometimes I would even start projects. Ultimately, they would die out, many just at the initial thought stage.

What stopped me was my own fears. So many fears!

Comparison. Failure. Judgement. Imposter Syndrome. Scarcity.

I remember the first time I hit “Publish” on a blog and thinking that my peers would soon find out just how much I didn’t know. That the community I was trying to impact would tell me I didn’t belong in their circle. Yeah, none of that happened. In fact, just the opposite.

What changed? Not the fear. That’s still there from time to time.

What changed was my WHY. My purpose became larger than my fear.

The drive to impact my community was more important that those biological reactions I have to risk.

That drive pushed me to produce blogs, podcasts, present at national conferences, write a book, and produce products.

I continue to step out in fear but I have made friends with that feeling in my body.

I embrace it knowing that it means I am stepping out of my comfort zone to make another impact.

Fear has become my love language.

“Cyndi is a wise and energetic professional who has a knack for helping others develop their authentic voice and share their unique gifts with the world. She is an excellent cheerleader as well - encouraging and genuine. I have been and continue to be grateful for her presence in my life!”
