I played it “safe” for a long time. When I realized my safe decisions were not really keeping me safe, I decided to make a change.
I now embrace fear, failing, and vulnerability both in and outside the therapy room. I’ve learned the things that feel uncomfortable are usually the risks we need to take to impact not only our own lives, but others.
Fear is my love language
Is it easy? Not always.
Is it worth it? HELL YES!!!
